Ruth Park is an artistic award winning designer with 12 years experience based in the UK who creates beautiful visual
communication through graphic design & digital illustration.
Ruth also has 8 years experience as a primary school Arts & Culture educator. With experience as a Senior Graphic Designer at Beetle Inc, a strategic advertising and marketing agency, 13th Floor Durban doing large format signage design and product leaflets and as the Get It magazine and newspaper layout designer at Caxton Ruth has gained a broad knowledge of Graphic programmes and processes. In 2013 Ruth won 3rd place as Graphic Designer of the year at the Caxton National Awards.
Ruth is very proud to be related to the late artist Nils Landmark Solberg – here is a link to his paintings and his son, her mother’s cousin, Nils Solberg, a professional Jazz guitarist .
Here she is doing backing vocals for her hubby and his friends duo Bad News Sandwich.
Ruth is also enjoying being a mother and a wife, loves cooking, baking and playing the piano!
